Error Help?

After installing SoA/Update the other day I am met with this message every time I try to log on. "Terminated as error occurred in Final Fantasy 11 Failed to initialize Direct 3D please check that this computer has the required specifications to run Final Fantasy 11 (-1)" I have played FF11 on this laptop no problem before what happened ~_~;

Really would like some quick help please and thank you

Steps: Able to log into POL but as soon as I click the play button the error above pops up and returns me to the POL Hub

Checked all POL and FF11 files via File Check no issues were found, I have also updated all drives and there all currently up to date as well. It seems to stem from the Update more so then the expansion download because I was on before Update but after I downloaded expansion

Well I went to SE Support and tried to submit a ticket but no matter what I do I get a Error message when submitting it no matter how many times I submit it. Also found info on this issue on the support page yet none of it helps me since everything worked fine before update and now it doesn't.
