[360] Music Gone!

Upon installing FFXI Ultimate Collection Seekers Edition all of the music in Bastok has disappeared. I'm assuming there are more since running a file check reported 27 errors (all music see pics below). The Repair Files option does not fix this nor does a clean install. After performing 2 clean installs I get the identical problem with the same 27 bad files each time. Do I have a bad disc or is this an issue w/ all 360 versions of the seekers edition?

Logging in from a PC everything is fine. Seems to only be this version as far as I can tell.

Steps:
Log in or zone into Bastok. Zoning out to Gustaberg music resumes. Zoning back into any Bastok are music ceases.
