Today when i got the KI for new expansion lost 1 mil gil still don't know why
and have a friend ( Donzaloog ) got the same problem ... why ??

It gives you two options to get the KI to travel to Adoulin:
1. Do the mini-quest to get the KI.
2. Pay 1m
You chose the expensive option.
