follow the link in the email then input your promo coupon code finish the purchase and you should have the codes sent to you(this could also be sent to eather your inbox or spam folder)
while i think SE could have done better with there handling of these mistakes thay did do it relatively fast and for that im relatively satisfied
but any new addons or expansions i think i will get through an outside source if at all possible
