did the new UI come out with this update/expansion? i swear they said it would but it was not in the update notes.

I dont think so. Although when the community reps did the live stream the game looked nicer and I saw damage pop up as it was done.

Originally, yes. There was one of those from the producer bits a few weeks back which mentioned that the UI change isn't ready yet, and will be implemented at a later time.

Was pushed back to summer. Same for PaaM and Cait Sith iirc.

Wow pretty cool. Too bad it is still list method but I guess it just needs getting used to...

Matsui said the new UI has been pushed back to fall.
From what it sounded like, what was shown at VanaFest was merely a demo- not an actual showing of the working, in development UI. Sounds like they're having a hard time with it.

Nope, it was announced a long time ago it wouldn't come until much later.

There aren't any screenshots other than an extremely early mockup from Vanafest which was later told to be just a mockup and not actually functional. Odds are the final version will look much different than the early image we were given.
