ok i just got my download from digital river and i got the game activation code i also got the music box download

the only thing i have not recived is the codes for the
Chocobo Shirt and Destrier Beret

i have contacted digital river and it took till today for me to talk to somebody that can even help but he did say that there going to run an investigation on my order and it might take 3-4 days before thay get back to me

so im saying Where is my Hat and Shirt codes

I got the Shirt and hat codes when i purchased the preorder. they email you them the same day you purchase it, should be in the order confirmation.. thats where mine was

i didnt get my shirt/hat codes either. i preordered on the 23rd of February. it amazes me how someone who ordered from amazon gets their codes before someone who ordered from square enix directly. i also called and they told me i "should" be getting an email in 2 days, but the guy on the phone seemed to have no clue what he was talking about so i have my doubts.

I have this same problem and I pre-ordered on 8 February 2013. My order confirmation contains no codes whatsoever.

I received an email yesterday directly from SE with my music box promo code, but I have received no emails with destrier beret/chocobo shirt codes.
