No Expansion Downlad!

I received a link for the download of 5 songs,but where is the expansion i ordered.I received 3 emails for those songs,but no expansion link.

I purchased the Seekers of Adoulin Collection from the Square Enix store earlier and am faced with the same issue. The email does not contain a download link and the Order Details page says "Processing serial number or unlock code." After a couple wasted hours searching forums, waiting for the "processing" to finish, and attempting to contact support through the website, I looked up the phone number for SE support and called them.
The woman on the phone apologized for the inconvenience and told me that the download would become available "after midnight" but would not give me a specific time. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the improper download instructions, (why do the instructions not say to wait till tomorrow??) the woman offered me the phone number for DigitalRiver, trying to shift the blame to them. I told her I had not purchased anything from Digital River and I have no intention of calling them to complain about the whole frustrating process. It is up to Square Enix to deal with the people they hire to do a job.
Don't waste your time trying to deal with them. Just wait until tomorrow and try again. The smart people are the ones who went through Amazon for their purchase. I should have known SE would screw this up.

The Digital river just updated, now there is a Download button. Just got their email a few seconds ago
