Why on earth do SE insist on useing this?
I have been trying to update my details so i can do a server transfer. But no matter how many times i put my details in i get the message "Please correct your entry".
And it wont even say what part it thinks is wrong.
My details are correct, there is nothing wrong with my card. Why force us to use this?
Has anyone else had this problem?

There are different options on the SE Account Management site now, you should use them instead.

I had a similar issue trying to re-purchase the Abyssea Add-ons via the Squeenix Acct. Mismanagement System. Kept basically saying I had to choose another credit card or something. I sent message to SE customer support, of course they passed the buck onto Click and Buy.
Why I should have to deal with Click and Buy directly is beyond me, very poor customer service on SE's part, par usual. I was never interested in setting up a Click and Buy account, I wanted an SE product, but was forced to use a 3rd party client to do so, that was chosen by Squeenix...makes no sense to me. That's like buying a car from the dealership, having an issue with the seat belt and taking it back, and they tell you, "Don't know what to tell you...we didn't make the seat belt. Call Tommy Chang in Hong Kong at the seat belt factory, he made it after all!"
Regardless, you have to actually go to the Click and Buy website, create a user login etc., then choose some verification of your credit/debit card option that charges your account two small fees, and you have to put those two small fee amounts from your statement into the Click and Buy verification window to make your card work to purchase things on the Squeenix site...it's annoying. They discount the amount of the two little charges from the item you purchase so not spending more than normal, it's just the hoops you have to go through is annoying.
