Preorder on SE store issue for Expansion

Not sure where to put this and cannot find customer support for ordering on the store site. I tried to preorder the expansion just now, and an error message came up saying that the Musicbox Adventures were out of stock, and to remove it from my shopping cart. I attempted to do this, but it will not let you remove it from cart.

It might be because the heavily discounted price currently displayed is an error or part of an error?

How can you even preorder it? All I see is a "Coming soon" button, no "preorder" buttons anywhere >_>

As you can see, the music box in unremovable. Thus, no one can pre-order.
SE where's my raincheck for the discount and chocobo gear? Please fix your ordering problems ASAP.
