Unable to Pre-Order SoA

Trying to preorder SoA from the square enix store but I keep getting this error when trying to complete the proccess.

"We're sorry but FINAL FANTASY XI: Musicbox Adventures is currently out of stock. Please return to the Shopping Cart and remove the product to complete your order. We apologize for any inconvenience."

I dont know why a digital item is out of stock that is produced by the people selling it but regardless there is no option to remove this from the cart (possibly because its a bonus item tacked on) making it impossible to complete the transaction (tried 4 different browsers on 2 different pc's and a tablet)

The Amazon.com method is only available to USA customers (Requires a USA billing Address) so people outside the US (Canada and the UK) with NA accounts have no avenue of purchase for SoA at this time (at the time of this post Amazon.ca does not have SoA listed at all).

Will this be fixed and if not what methods of purchase are available to those looking for a North American Copy that dont view the USA as the only country in North America?

I'm getting the same error trying to preorder my copy. Was there some window that was missed or something to that effect? It's part of why I'm getting the full collector's edition over just the expansion.

I am having the same thing happen to me. There is no box to click on to remove the music box gift from my purchase. I would rather not have to go through Amazon since the price through Square is 20 bucks cheaper.

Yeah I'd gladly give up the music for the money saved, but the fact you can't remove it from cart is really testing my nerves...

I opened ticket 2129882 with SESupport. Hopefully this will get someone to look into the issue (doubtful) but I'll probably get told "take it up with DigitalRiver" even though it's Square's money being affected.

I had the same problem. Now going back in they already changed the price back to 39$. Why was it 19.99$ only for a few hours today and then went back. I tried to purchase it at that price but got the same issue as above with the Digital Download being out of stock...

And now the price is back to being $39.99. Well, hope that contract with digitalriver didn't cost you a lot of money to get, because I for one won't be using it if possible.

Their reply to me was to contact digitalriver support as they dont deal with this kind of issue.
