none of my registered content showing when i start the game

So i reinstalled FFXI, everything works great.

However, its not showing any of my expansion packs lit up at the log in screen.

I've checked my SE account and it shows all of the expansions I have.

Mind you, i had to download the client and install that way as I dont have the disc, but i purchased the last 3 xpacs (a moogle koupo'detat etc) online.

Not sure what to do, as it didnt install these during the update im assuming? and i dont have the disc anymore (lost in the move) to at least get me to wotg.

Unfortunately, the game download from our website is only the base client and is designed to be only used with the free trial. Because you are using that installation, you will be unable to access any expansions, even the ones that are registered on the account. As of now, there is currently no free client download available for FINAL FANTASY XI. The only suggestion we would be able to provide would be to acquire the installation media. As the new expansion, Seekers of Adoulin is also releasing with an Ultimate Collection, you can purchase that to not only get access to any missing content, but also regain access to the other content.
