How is this quest activated? I went to Merchant's House, Lower Jueno and got the cutscene from Dietmund where he says "who the hell are you? get outta here!" But when i went to Qufim island there want no cutscene for the night flowers. help?

You are clicking on the night flowers during, well, the night, right?
Apparently, it's "between 21:45 and dawn" for the purposes of this particular quest. Although, it's been almost a decade since I did the quest so I can't confirm if that's totally correct.
Edit: Or, more likely, they're only there from night until dawn so you can't mess this part up and I'm useless.
