I've spent the last half-hour trying to place a pre-order on the S-E site for the FF:XI SoA expansion. In order to do so it says I must log in with a "S-E Members" account, which I've never had or needed until now. The FAQ on the same page says if you already have a S-E Account Management Site account (which I do obviously) then that's all I need; I can sign in using that. I've tried and tried to log in with it, and it keeps saying my info is wrong. I don't have a Twitter or Facebook account to log in with it, and I dont want to make a new Members account to buy SoA if it's not going to be linked to my FF:XI PoL/SEAMS account. Does anybody have any suggestions on what do to or what I'm doing wrong?

P.S. Square-Enix, please reconsider selling Seekers of Adoulin for a PC boxed retail release in addition to the download option. I'd gladly pay $50 to buy and install the expansion normally than to have to keep running into walls doing it this way.

Far as I know the Members account and SE Account are different. Just gotta have a member's account to buy it. You get a code when it releases to apply to your SE account, right? So should be seperate. Just download the expansion from member store site and use the expansion code it gives you to apply to your SE account. Assuming how it'll work. I've bought the game from a site in the past before for dest. hat and game and just applied the code they gave me to my SE account. It's just like if you bought it off steam. Download the game data through them then apply code to your account.
