Heka's Kalasiris set bonus does not work with Nefer Khat +1

Steps:
With less than maximum MP, equip Heka's Kalasiris and Nefer Khat +1 and observe how much MP is restored per "tick". The refresh rate of both items combined is 1/tick, so one can assume that Nefer Khat +1 does not currently trigger the set bonus.

My friend who also has Heka's kalasiris and a normal quality Nefer Khat claims the set bonus with those items currently works properly, so this appears isolated to only the Nefer Khat +1.

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to bring this trouble with the Nefer Khat +1 to our attention, since I know how frustrating it can be to be seemingly kept from obtaining the bonuses that should be granted. I will make sure that the information that you have provided is added to the report, though, just in case.
