I sent an item to a character last night and that same character transferred servers before picking up the item. Now that item is lost to both of us and neither of us can claim it back as a restored item. I understand there was error on both of our parts, but neither of us understands why the item can't be restored. Is this a known issue and is there a way to adjust policy?

Hello Shigaru,

We are sorry to hear that this happened. When a player transfers servers, they are told that when they transfer, all items in one's Delivery Box will be deleted when shifting worlds. Unfortunately, once players have confirmed that they are ready to shift, items lost in this way cannot be recovered. We are aware that this is disappointing, and we appreciate your letting us know your feedback and concerns on this matter.
