Spells by Monsters

Is there something online that shows a list of monsters (say by level) where you can learn spells from?

But i find myself walking thru areas wondering what spells i can learn from monsters in this area..

Anyone know of such a thing?

Try this: http://bluspellguide.com/Default.aspx. I haven't used it much since I had already learned almost all of my spells before it was created, but it seems like what you're looking for.

The website he listed in his first post is Blue Mage Hunting Grounds, which is a great resource, but not exactly what he was looking for.
