Looking for a server with active ballista matches, please advise.

There isn't really one. I guess Carbuncle and Lakshimi are the biggest ones, but they're also the most hardcore about it. If you're just looking to beat people up, you're not going to enjoy it- these people are really serious about the game of ballista itself. Which is a good thing, don't get me wrong. but their community can be a bit oppressive. I would recommend against changing servers just to play ballista.

The ideal situation would be to make some updates to ballista so that more people will play it, but they've already said they have no plans to make adjustments at this time. =\
