I bought the ultimate 19.99 collection with all the expansions through the sqenix site. I only found ways to install the original game but have not found an option to install anything else.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You downloaded the giant file from S-E? What exactly happens when you run the install program?

Assuming you downloaded the file for SE's site, did you try re-downloading it again and running the installer?

You load play online viewer and it should be in the account selection (BEFORE YOU LOG ONLINE!). On that main list there should be an option to install components. I think it's called install. This is also where you'd do file checks.
Nevermind It doesn't exist on PC version.
Could someone explain this in detail and post an image of what button to click in the main playonline menu?
This may work differently but it's how the PS2/PS3 versions where updated through playonline viewer.

PC uses an ordinary Windows installer to install FFXI and expansions. There's no "Install" option in the PC version of the PlayOnline Viewer.
