Footwork + Ursa Majors

Would it be possible for the occasionally attacks 2-4 times magian trial weapon make Footwork kick more than twice per round?
Footwork currently caps at 2 kicks per round. I think this weapon would be more viable if Ursa Majors allowed Footwork to attack up to 4 times.

No it doesn't, you only get max 2 kicks per round even if a TA or a QA proc, it's the same with OA2-4.
Best weapon for Footwork atm is the OAT Ursa Major, but it still sucks compared to an averagely geared MNK using H2H and Shijin Spiral.
