Able to send rare/ex "lamp egg" to other accounts

Thread Title:I was sending a friend a few things and happened to have the "lamp egg" in my bag as I was going to go store it after.. and then I noticed that it was allowing me to send this ex item to my friend's account. I know its not a serious bug, but is this intended or accidental?

Steps:
1) Talked to delbox NPC
2) Entered Eyme's name as delivery recipient
3) Scrolled down to item I needed to send, and that is when I noticed about the "Lamp Egg"
