Expansion Data not Installed?

Hey guys,

Today I reactivated my account and did all the version updates. I get to the character login screen, and a message saying that my expansion data was not installed, and I won't have access to Wings of the Goddess or any of the Abyssea areas. I've bought all of them so I'm not really sure why I don't have access to those areas....Any idea's? I reinstalled the disk like the customer support suggested, but nothing changed.

This error message only appears when the expansion media for Wings of the Goddess is not installed or has not been installed properly. Please attempt to reinstall the Wings of the Goddess expansion through the install feature on the PlayOnline viewer. If this does not resolve your issue, we would recommend uninstalling the entire package through the appropriate option, and then reinstalling from your installation media. This should resolve the problems you are experiencing.
