Redownloading a Digital copy of FFXI to reinstall after it gets accidently wiped

Hi all,
I purchased a digital copy of FFXI about a year ago possibly longer. It's no longer on my PC because of a reformat. I am trying to reinstall it on this laptop. All searches and FAQ I've seen have redirected me to purchasing a copy as if I'm a new player.

What do I do? Where do I go?

If you remember what online store you biought it from you may be able to contact them and ask if you are able to re-download it

For instructions on how to download a digital purchase, you’d want to contact whatever retailer it was that you purchased it from. Please note that SQUARE ENIX does not offer a direct download of either FINAL FANTASY XI or FINAL FANTASY XIV at this time; we do provide links to retailers who will sell a digital version of the title, but purchase is required from those retailers.
