Steps:
1: While I was showing one of my linkshell members my different WHM sets I noticed that my Heka's Kalasiris and Nefer khat +1 set were only giving me 1MP a tick refresh.
2: I took off all my gear except these two pieces and noticed I still was only getting 1MP a tick refresh from the set. (It should be 3 total with the two pieces)
3: I asked my LS and other random people if they knew had this been changed or a glitch, one of my LS members told me it was a glitch and still worked with the NQ hat.
4: I put on the NQ hat and it started to give me 3MP a tick again.
5: I also noticed the text for Heka's Kalasiris had been changed from "Adds improved Refresh effect." to "Adds refresh effect" I dont know if this was a mistake or not but never the less I decided to let you know about this as well.
