ALT + W Macro

Hi

As you know, Alt + W will open the Weapon Skill menu, displaying all your weapon skills for you, without having to go Menu > Abilities > Weapon Skills

Is there an actual command line for this? so I can macro it... I use a controller because I find it more enjoyable (I'm on PC) but I really love ALT+W, just wish I could have the same option available via macro of somesort.

Think we can only use; "/Weaponskill "input WS name here" <t>" in macros, Would be nice to be able to have the option to set /Weaponskill "list" to pop open the whole weapon skill list from a macro. You got my vote!

That would be cool, yeah. In fact, maybe there should be a command like that for all of the list windows. Weaponskills, job abilities, black/white/brown/green magic, you name it.

I always used Ctrl+ instead of Alt+... is there much of a difference?

I'd love a command that I could macro to open up my list of "Ready" commands. There are a billion of the damn things, but I use the same "Hey, I think I'll use a Ready move" equipment set for every single one.

I support this idea, but I must admit to some degree of cheating to achieve this effect myself. I use a program called xpadder to change the input my gamepad puts out. Go into FFXI config, unmap the controller buttons you don't use (such as screenshot), go into xpadder and change the input for that button to Alt+W. Currently, I use my xpadder to link to my JA menu, item menu, and F8(targetnpc). Though... this is really only a solution if you're on PC... anyone who plays console doesn't get the xpadder loving.
