Crashing when talking to any NPC's that require cutscenes

I don't know if anyone has a similar problem or if anyone can help, but i have an issue since the Dec. 12th update where i cannot use any NPC's that give mini CS's (horst, porter moogle) because they immediately crash me. Even after reinstalling FF i have the same issue and i have no 3rd party tools. Using windower, however i even tried loading no plugins and yielding the same result. Just asking if anyone may know a solution before i reinstall windows.

I am having the same problem, but mine extends to every time i change jobs as well. It is most annoying and if the problem isn't fixed, then the game is unplayable.

I only know that the Windower plugin PlasticSurgeon causes the error. If you're not using that, I don't know either, sorry.

Thanks Arcon, I apprently thought i had unloaded plasticsurgeon but didn't and when i read this post i tried it and it worked.
