I've got:

Tepco To Raise Generating Capacity 20% By April-End (http://e.nikkei.com/e/fr/tnks/Nni20110319D19JFF01.htm)

TOKYO (Nikkei)--Tokyo Electric Power Co. (9501) said Saturday that it will bring onstream by the end of April two fossil-fuel power plants halted by the March 11 earthquake, lifting its capacity 20%.

Tepco will resume operations at its Higashi Ogishima plant, powered by liquified natural gas, in Kanagawa Prefecture by the end of March and at its oil-powered Kashima plant in Ibaraki Prefecture next month.

By also boosting utilization rates at other fossil-fuel plants, the utility plans to increase its overall output to 42 million kilowatts by the end of April. This amounts to about 70% of its pre-quake level.

Tepco has a number of fossil-fuel plants that went out of commission after the quake, including ones in Fukushima and Ibaraki prefectures. If the two resume operations, the firm's total capacity will rise some 6 million kilowatts.

The utility says it is not certain whether all plants will be up and running by the summer peak season.

Additionally, Tepco will raise utilization rates at currently operating plants by shortening inspection periods. It is also acquiring gas turbine power generation systems to ease the electricity shortage.

The company generally needs to supply 50 million kilowatts of power to meet demand in winter and 55-60 million kilowatts this summer.

Projecting a protracted power shortage, Tepco says rolling blackouts will be inevitable in Tokyo's 20 wards, excluding central business and office districts, in summer.

But I don't think that's what you're looking for??

Someone posted that they looked up the address and it wasn't in a ward slated for blackouts. Haven't researched to confirm that just yet--as that address could very well be just a business office address and not where the servers are. They do have multiple divisions there, could be different locations as well. LDS had two addresses... one was the physical location, one was for receiving payments and junk mail--at the post office (and we had less then 20 people and only 5 dev. servers).

wow...SE is quite an operation to track information about...but I did get some addresses if someone really wants to do the research:

This address is listed for 4 complete divisions: SE Holdings, SE Limited, Taito Corp., and SE Business holdings--must be pretty big.

Shinjuku Bunka Quint Bldg. 3-22-7 Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku,Tokyo
151-8544, Japan

They also have a mobile division at:

Meiji Yasuda Seimei Sapporo Kita 1-Jo Higashi Bldg. 8F, 1-2-5 Kita 1-Jo Higashi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido 060-0031, Japan

as well as Smile-Lab Co. at:

Mowa Bldg., 1-16-6 4F Ebisunishi,
Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0021, Japan

And that's just Japan...they're spread out in Europe, China, and the US as well.

It's not but thanks for trying :D It is more about SE's power situation. SE doesn't specifically have a power situation. The utility companies are asking everyone in japan to conserve. As the quoted news post mentioned, supply is below peak demand.

SE will probably not turn things back on until power capacity is at least partially restored.

Alhanelem, while you are partly correct that isn't really what I was looking for :D The article was about SE specifically.
Raist, incredible! Am I the only one that was picturing a small office building in downtown tokyo? Talk about being way off!
The joke someone had about using a forklift to move the building is definitely off the board now.

What exactly do you want to know? SE isnt the one with the power problems, it's TEPCO.

And i'm not sure what anyone could do with this knowledge other than complain about why the servers are down for so long.

I wanted the link. There is a thing called pure knowledge. It has no real purpose except the knowing. No agenda etc. just knowledge :D

If you map it from that link and start zooming out a notch or two, you will see it is very close to about 4 hospitals and a handful of universities. It is also almost smack dab half-way between two provinces/wards--forget their structure-- (Ibaraki and Kanagawa) that were regularly having blackouts--as reported in TEPCO's own press releases. I do remember those names for sure. Can't find the original lists for the rollouts atm... but it may very well have not been in the blackout plan b/c it's so close to the hospitals. But that just makes an even bigger case to participate in shutdowns if it's on the same grid with 4 hospitals....

The previous link also talked about it being in an area with a lot of supply transport systems. With those hospitals added in, it is easy to see why SE opted to shutdown for the temp.

Yeah.. the metropolitan government office is close by too. Lots of stuff in the area that I think takes priority... but what do I know... I'm just a troll....
