Steps:
I equipped the following:
- Summoner's Horn +2 (Enhances Astral Flow duation)
- Ebon Frock (Astral Flow ability delay -2)
- Ebon Mitts (Astral Flow ability delay -1)
- Ebon Slops (Astral Flow ability delay -1)
- Ebon Clogs (Astral Flow ability delay -1)
Prior to the update this would remove 5 minutes from Astral Flow's recast. However, now it removes 2 minutes 30 seconds, which is misleading.

They reduced 2 hours to 1 hour. when using gear like that (X delay -Y) it does it by percentage. so when two-hours were reduced to 1 hour(50%), your -delay was also halved by 50%. The same can be seen by meriting third eye(-2 seconds per merit) however with seigan up, it's only 1 second per merit.
