By talking in this thread it will become way too large and difficult to gather up all the feedback, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

I think we could all agree, (Sheeple (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheeple) included). Square Enix as a Company we have grown to understand, This Company likes to apologize a lot. Because they started a new project.. moving management around.. being under staff. Whatever the reason maybe, As a customer this is none of our problems. They admittedly said they're wrong by apologizing in the first place. Which I feel apologies aren't good enough at this point.
I'm calling Bullstuff! Final Fantasy XI monthly subscription isn't par with the content nor is it par with the support. Not to bring other MMO's into this but Oh well, I'm pretty sure most members heard about or even played Ever Quest(1). (http://www.everquest.com/) They got a new expansion pack already, not to mention Ever Quest(2)... (http://www.everquest2.com/)
Back to the topic at hand. I feel that this Company and the cheerleaders that go along with it, Feels this ----- is about dead like that person once said, They wouldn't be coming out with a replacement to begin with, <insert;Final Fantasy 14 here> (http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/) and they don't have the man-power to go along with two online games let alone one as we can see. Fix the problems with the game at the moment, add more content or give us a price cut. Stop with the apologies already.
