Camera bug

This error is hard to describe, as I don't really know what happened, but I right clicked as I was dragging the camera and the mouse went onto the top of the window (playing in windowed mode) so it reacted with it somehow and opened a drop down menu. Now I can no longer move my camera with the mouse in game. Restarting client/computer doesn't do anything. Anyone heard of a similar glitch or know a fix?

Forgot to add: When I try to move the camera with the mouse, it just shows a blue arrow pointing to the right side of the screen and will not react to mouse movement.

Try to click again, to make the cursor back to normal. The blue one is used to move camera with mouse.

I've tried clicking everything and it will still not allow me to move the camera via the mouse, which is very annoying in combat.
