How does the ODD after effect work on barrage?

I don't get to play RNG as often as I'd like but I've never managed to get the ODD to proc on barrage. (I only tried for one night b/c I'm usually on COR).

Was reading up on this at Blue Gartr. Seems Gandiva's Aftermath doesn't proc on Barrage... so early testing seems to show.
