This is causing a little bit of confusion and thought it could use some clarification in the item text. testing shows that the "Elemental weapon skill damage varies depending on day" affects all weapon skills, and people are reading it as if it only affects Elemental Weapon Skills. Can't you just drop the "Elemental" part of the description?
