2 items presently stuck within auction house and can not be removed, help needed asap

I tried using the tech support thingy on the support site, but I did all the required fields and still wont go through for some reason, keep saying error.

Ok here is my problem:

There is 2 items presently stuck that I am trying to get rid of which I dont know if its sold or its null, 2 wind. tea leaves(stack), its been on stuck mode indefinitely it seems for some time, I waited for days to see if it will go away, it will not.

I have never experienced this before in this game since the game came out on pc roughly, can someone please assist?? Anyone has this problem before? Items can not be removed from auction house(Greyed out or darkened color text).

The items that are stuck are on my mule, please help soon, thanks.

Why does the delivery box has to do with this? I'll double check, I dont think there is any, if so, 3 stacks of wind. tea leaves.

Ok, cause I do mass sell on theses as something productive to do on my mules.

Yes I cleared everything out of the delivery box, I also notice one stack came back to me, I head back out to the auction house, checked auction selling status, one just turned red(which the one I got back), and there is another one that appears to be greyed out or darkened color text, I head back to the mog house and re-checked delivery box, nope, head back to auction house once again to see if any changes and no, the other item is still greyed out.

You can only sell in auction, up to 7 stuff up, but I hardly check the delivery box so I just keep putting up items for sale rather then going back to mog every single time to save time.

So it appears to me that, when this thing happens, the stuck issue:

delivery box = 8 slots, I had it like 15 times over = 120, in otherwords, I grabbed from delivery box, 120 slots.

so I guess it gets stuck within thoses lines, very interesting, cause this is the very first time this has ever happened to me before.

If anyone else has this problem, post pls. My last one still stuck. I'll wait for a bit to see what will happen next, it should hit the mog soon.

There was another player a few months ago with the same issue, actually. If I recall correctly, he solves those problems by clearing out his dbox.

Seems like there is just a limit on how many items ca be in the progress of being sent to your house.
