View Full Version : Unable to log in with new Square Enix Account

So after almost a month of trying to get this game to work I finally got it to work thanks to an awesome soul in the Windows 8 thread.

However in trying to register a new SE account so that I can two box from my laptop/xbox my new account keeps telling me I have the wrong password/se combo. Registration went fine and I can even change my password just fine, but when I finally try to log in it still tells me my password or SE ID is still wrong.

Tonio, please ensure that you have the correct Square Enix ID, PlayOnline ID, and the passwords to go with them both. When entering the information into the PlayOnline viewer we suggest following Step 10 on this walk-through (http://www.playonline.com/homeus/polshift/help.html) so that you have the information entered correctly.

Yeah, I did just that Chris and I know all of my details are correct but to no avail.

Would me having played FFXIV have done anything to upset it?
