Step1: get every goal 3 clears for all the expeditions except ajunct#4 and assistant#1.

Step2: get goal 2 for assistant#1

Step3: get goal 3 for adjunct#4

The system displays the message that new items are available for purchase with research marks, after using the terminus whistle. Yet nothing is available. This happens on some people not everyone. You are supposed to get the message when all goals 3 are completed.
