Twilight Gear Auto-Reraise

Noticed this a few times when I was using Twilight Mail and Helm to Auto-Reraise. I would change to the gear before I died, but there would be no Reraise popping up.

Steps:
1. Would get hate and get close to dieing.
2. As soon as I got close I would equip change to Twilight Mail and Helm.
3. I would wait for Auto-Reraise to show up, but it didn't.

Does the effect never appear, or only sometimes?
How long do you have the gear on before dying?
Does it only happen in Dynamis-Windurst, or does it also happen in others?
What other effects did you have on your character at the time of death?

It happened sometimes. It would work normally usually, but occasionally it wouldn't. I had the gear on for about 30secs to a minute before I died. Most times I didn't have any other effects on me when I died. Only noticed it in Dynamis-Windurst.
