Pol Error code 0512, please help.

Recently moved to a different state and ISP, I think I've narrowed it down to either a port or a packet problem, read most of the posts about this particular error code but I play on xbox and not pc. Not sure if that makes a difference but I would like to know what ports i need to open on my router. Basically I can only stay logged in a few minutes then I get the red disconnecting symbol above my characters name. Its a DSL connection and the router is a Westell, any helpful information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Before starting you will want to make sure you're using a wired connection and that the cord is not longer that about 50 feet. Here are the port numbers that may be used by the XBOX 360 (it's nearly the entire range):
TCP 1024 - 65535
UDP 50000 - 65535
*Your router may require that you use a PC to configure your network settings.
