Two Relic weapons at once?

I started making Spharai, didn't get far before we stopped doing Dyna runs . . . only made it to Militant Knuckles. Eventually I got Verethragna finished, so making another H2H weapon seems like a waste... I was thinking of making a Mjollnir, and have the items and currency to upgrade, but Switchstix won't stop talking about the militant knuckles. Can I not start another weapon? I'd rather not toss the militant knuckles, but not sure what to do at this point to proceed on the club. Thanks!

Spharai is a pretty cool weapon though. Couldn't you just make the Empy club instead? It's got a pretty good damage rating, after all.

It happened to me just hand the club in with the items, for it and the goblin then takes it.

He isn't accepting the trade. I have tried trading just the club, and the club with the necessary items, nothing. When I speak to him, he says the militant knuckles he gave me can be upgraded further, and mentions the items I need for that upgrade. But trading the club and items doesn't even generate a response. And speaking to him multiple times yields the same response over and over.

Eh thats weird cause i had gungnir on stage 3 and went to do excal instead he would only talk about my dynamis lance and then when i handed him the sword and the items, im not sure if i gave him the currency aswell or not, but eitherway he then took them.

Have you tried equipping it before hand also, this was only about two weeks ago aswell so it was recent

Well now I feel like an idiot. I was trying to trade a wootz ore instead of an ingot. Not surprising he wouldn't seak to me . . . Well I may be a fool, but now someone else can learn from my failure.
