Could you please ask the development team if there are any foods that give Conserve MP, the way Carbonara gives Store TP, in the game right now?

Seconded. It would be very bothersome to test for this manually.

Additionally, if such food does not exist, it definitely should! There needs to be more high-end mage food. Food makes a significant impact on melee performance, why can't we get food that makes a significant impact on magic performance?

I'm basically repeating what I've said in a different thread now, but:
Foods with combinations of Conserve MP, Magic attack bonus, Cure Potency, Refresh, Blood Boon, Magic Crit. rate, {Yes, please.}

Of course, I don't mean one type of food that has all of those stats, but several different kinds of food that each have some of those stats, mixed with some of the stats found on currently existing mage food.

Good morning!

Currently, there are no foods that grant "Conserve MP". However, the Development Team thinks that this is an interesting idea! They will keep this suggestion in mind as they move forward. :)

The food system needs an overhaul altogether. If you compare a red curry bun to something such as a cream puff then it's clear that physical DDs get more than any other job type in the game when it comes to food. Tanks and mages of all type need some better types of food out there. I realize SE is looking into fixing enmity at the moment; I'm sure that if they make any changes for tank based food that it'll reflect that.

So far as I knew Tav Tacos were still good for tank food.

It is good to hear that the developers think this is a good idea. I hope they don't stop at conserve MP though. It would be nice to have several new types of mage food, all for different purposes.

Kokba Salad / Amber Salad (HQ) : Faerie Apple, Walnuts, Grauberg Lettuce, [mayonaise] and [celery]. (Not sure if Vana'diel has equivalents for the [] ingredients.)

They will come up with a food that has conserve mp 20 accuracy 3 attack 6 and 2 chr. and not a single mage stat other than conserve mp

Would still be better than almost all current mage food.

Would Love to see
Magic attack bonus food.
Magic defense food.
magic critical hit percentage% food.

Also since these Value's are not visible in the game. It would be of great use to either update the UI and give us a Status window like the old final fantasy games where we could see ALL of the stat's that affect the character not just a few. Or give clearer details on what each of the foods does.

I.E. "31 flavors of fantasy" (cheesy name dont expect it to be adopted) Food description " Mages everywhere use this food in hopes of random explosions of fun!!" Bottom line the food gives 20% bonus to magic critical hit RATE. I personally would prefer the status window to make a comeback.
