I believe it is safe to say even if VW is still popular ,the lower lv tiers are not. I my self am stuck at T2 jeuno and cant shout for any useful VwNMs because I'm unable to pop them. Lower tier shouts are extremely rare and almost never take off. I have on occasion been with a group 3 hours and at the end, only 5 of us willing to go. Its impossible to accomplish anything without willing participants. My proposed suggestion to VW is scale the power of VwNM to the match the amount of people under the Voidwatch status. With the lack of interest in the lower tiers, it is easier for players to call in favors from 1~5 friends/other players than to call for a full alliance. Restricting the pocs to what jobs are present in exchange with a weaker alignment increase seems plausible. That would be, its restricted to skill that a max'd out version of w/e job present would be able to proc in the normal VW attempt. The scaling down of course should only apply to the lower tiers that don't have r/ex gear. T3 jeuno and higher still have stragglers/people without the abbysite that want the gear. The only problem is those that are proactive are hindered due to the lack of player base involvement. So even if you're willing to shout, without the means to pop the NM or ability to gather enough of the right player its pointless. You have to hope that 1 of the people in your group is able to pop the NM. I wouldn't expect Ig-alima ( a tier 6) to be done with 6,even 12 players. but I don't see why lower tiers couldn't be scaled down. of course since it'd match the amount present if you did the VwNM with a full alliance it would spawn at full strength.

I apologize for the bad grammar and such a lengthy post. lack of sleep and a lot of initiative to try and make change doesn't mix well.

This is actually the reason Voidclusters were made, you can buy 5 a week for 100k each behind the Jugner Forest OP. Each one lowers the NM difficulty by quite a bit, in fact you can use 5 on basically any VWNM and you should be able to solo it, the only exceptions are when Death/Doom type moves are involved, due to their nature.

Displacers (Phase displacers) Goooo!!!! I understand they weaken the mob, I uh, was suppose to use some on ... ... ... the... .... ffs cummon brain.... uhhhhh... imp!! toau zone... and lol didn't have a clue what I was doing traded my displacers, and ... poped the normal mob /facepalm so yeah be sure to "use" the displacers... cool thing is , after you trade em, and don't use em, they remain usable from any other void pop spot thing a ma jig.

Edit : lol might be helpful if i mentioned where to get em eh? ... buy em from a guy right behind jugnar forest outpost .. like right behind it.

Hmm, I'll give this a try. even if it takes all of them to clear 1 VwNM a week. 6 weeks is a lot faster than the 6~7 months I've gone without a single clear. Thank you fellas

You shouldn't use 5 on a single NM, wouldn't get KIs anyways, the best thing to do imo is shout for who you can get, mainly focus on having people on proc jobs, but really take anything you can get, that way everyone who needs wins, can get them. After getting people together, determine how many items you will need to weaken them, if your grouping people like this, you may want to buy a few weeks worth in advance, it takes time but you make it sound as if you have no problem with that, so it should work for you. I say for each 4~5 people you do not have, get another weakening item, Solo you use all 5, full party you use 0, so say you get 8, use 2~3 on the fights. On harder fights, such as the Zilart Wyrm, or Aht Frog & Colirbri, you may wish to use an extra 1, these are sometimes hard fights even with full Alliances, and if you lose, you lose the weakening items as well, so you want to make sure you win.

Simply my advice, good luck with it all either way! :D
