Pc autoreset in certain zones

Hello everyone.
Well , when I go in certain zone my pc autoreset . For example, when I left the cave in Qufim Island and pass in the open zone (near 1st worm pop) or when I zone Buburimu pen. In particular in Qufim the pc always autoreset instead in Buburimu happened that after 2 days of trying and continue autoreset after 10 secs I logged in , FFXI runned normally.
In the other zones the game run normally.

Forceing the pc to not reset this is the error (BLUE SCREEN):

ps. I tried to contact email SE but a "form error" occurred. I don't know why maybe because my dxdiag is in Italian and the technical support is only in english , idk.

Are your drivers updated?

Hmmm actually there are new drivers for the video board but they are for new games. It is possible that that affect FFXI?

if your computer is resetting on its own its not the game it has to do with drivers or even a virus

All I smell is hardware errors or driver issues, really.

nv4_disp.dll is the nVidia driver crashing, so yeah, update that.

Are your drivers updated?

After days of trying I updated the drivers. For now the problem seems to be solved. Entering Qufim pc didn't reset like it used to. So thank you very much Mirage ^_^
