Linkshell Creation Problem

This is probably in the wrong place, but I wasn't sure where to put it. I had moved to Odin about a year ago, but I didnt break my linkshell as I was the shell holder. Apparently if you don't break it first it doesnt break everyone's pearl? That's what I was told yesterday.

Anyway I had a Linkshell called WarpedFayte before moving, and when I moved back to Asura a few days ago I was hoping to remake it, but it says the name is taken or otherwise unavailable. I thought by moving to Odin it would break everyone's pearl.

Is there any way to rectify this issue? I can see one person on LScom that possibly has a pearl, but I am not sure if they still play, or even if they are the only person with a pearl.

It would be really awesome if I could remake this ls. I made it in 2006, so it really means a lot to me. It was my home for five years. Haha.
