I paid for the Ultimate package, but it only gave me what I already had from years ago. I already had up to Wings, and am frustrated. I never got the email with my codes, and the email thing was a whole other issue that I finally got fixed but still no codes.

What should I do because I will not pay for it a second time?

Basically this, it's an all-in-one key. Just apply it to your account and it'll unlock whatever is not currently active.
