Hey everyone! I just recently bought another Logitech F310 Game-pad after my other one died. I plugged it into my laptop, and went to play ffxi. I noticed to my dis-belief that the L2-R2 (Left Trigger/Right Trigger) buttons do not work. I tried to setup another profile thru the Logitech Profile Editor that comes with the controller, and even uninstalled the previous Logi.Editor that I had from the other F310 that I used, (which by the way, worked with the L2-R2 buttons). *also the F310 that died on me, was capable of finding the LT-RT's as buttons, not Z-Axis* I can't for the life of me remember what I did to get them to work on the old controller. I checked the settings in the ffxi-config for the controller and it was still enabled. I find it odd that after using the controller for a year and a half, and then getting the very same controller, and it not work. Everything on the controller works, aside from the L2-R2 buttons. Anyone know of any fix for this? is there one small thing I am forgetting to do?

There is a little mode switch on the top of mine that originally caused me issued. Mine works correctly when switched to "D."

I think that switch switched to and from Legacy mode or something...

Yeah I have tried that switch, Drofar. other people have said the same thing and it doesn't work. I remember setting it up thru the logitech config program when i first got my first controller and then for some reason it found it as the correct setup (default) when i went to the ffxipad config for ffxi. but i did the same thing this time and nothing came from it. hmmm guess ill just stick to a different setup. put my macros to l1-r1. it's not a big problem as auto-run can just be hit from the R key or set to the select button on the controller, but it's the simple fact that, i had it setup before, now i am trying to set it up again and its beating me lol. hopefully someone has an answer.

I know an update from Windows Update broke this joypad before, can't remember how to fix it though.
