Unable to start Chasing Shadows

Hi was hoping someone could help me. On the Sandy path quests for WOTG i find myself completely stuck. In my log Blood of heroes is completed, i got the cutscene and the Ram staff reward and now should be able to start Chasing shadows by speaking to Rongelouts N Distaud. He keeps saying thing he is commander of the knights but no Cutscene. Ive tried zoning and even going back to the wheel rut (nothing out of the ordinary here) but nothing, i think its broken. Can anyone help?

You need to finish the missions that come after Blood of Heroes - i.e. do mission 27 and onwards until you're on mission 38 (Adieu, Lilisette) - before you can start Chasing Shadows.
