nyzule isle uncharted - a small request

Please adjust nyzule isle uncharted so that the timer doesn't start untill you have selected your destination. This will not lower the difficulty significantly, but would allow for loss of connection at the start of the run etc.

I'd like it if they changed it so you can't get a debuff on boss floors, nothing sucks worse then getting to floor 100 and having all job abilities locked

adding an additional five minutes, if you successfully kill the floor 100 boss in time, would be fantastic so people can lot on the alex and drops that come from 100 floor boss, other events do this....
