Cannot buy Moogle expansion

Okay, I've been through this before where buying expansions was well hidden within the depths of playonline, but It was long before the square enix account management thing came into play

I want to purchase the A moogle kupo d'etat expansion, and when I think Ive finally found the option to buy it in playonline, it runs me over to the Square enix account management screen saying "please select from the screen, and perform procedures from there"

like there is a mysterious instruction that got cut out, unfortunately, that instruction is essential to me buying this, as I don't see anything in the Square Enix account management screen that implies I could buy this expansion.

I'm lost, please make buying games less convoluted

Go to account management, log in there, select service (game ffxi icon/picture), and from there my brain gets fuzzy,but I don't remember it being all that weird after clicking on ffxi.... And not just being in my account.

That sound retarded after reading it, but seriously, I was pretty lost until I actually got into the ffxi portion of my accts.
