Unlimited T4 skillchains

Hello SE,

As you have noticed, a lot of people have been acquiring relic and empyrean weapons.

I humbly request lifting the 2 chain limit for tier 4 skillchains. If not unlimited, then at least set the limit to 6.

No, but i wish they just make the level 4 skillchain a real level 4 ( I/e has all elements)
