Heroine's Holdfast Mumor glitch

Just tried to do the Heroine's Holdfast event with the Athena Orb.
we defeated all enemies up to Mumor, then we fought her for 25 minutes or so and she would not take damage from anyone the whole fight, everyone hit for 0 damage and all spells were 100% resisted.
think this was a glitch as it was not winnable.
hope can get another orb or least get this looked into.
