Something can cause a player's current Rise of the Zilart mission to be listed as "ZL Zilart 27" rather than "The Sealed Shrine." I'm not sure if it's always the case, or if it's related to specific cutscene progress, but I've seen it often for players past "Ark Angels" but not yet ready for "The Celestial Nexus."
