Can't select original character

Steps:
1. I logged in today to play but when it brought me to the select character screen i couldn't select my character the only thing i can select was create new character or the back button i called technical support and they told me everything was ok but they said my account has a bug that's preventing me from chosing my original character can you help me with this problem

I talked to the support center today and they told me that the account is active and they said that thiers a bug in that account they told me to reply to you because everything is good on there end they told me you would be able to fix it
